How Reavic works

From measurement
to action.

Reavic makes monitoring understandable. The platform connects sensors, equipment and existing systems and turns all data into one current, reliable and actionable view.

Technical architecture

From existing equipment to one Reavic platform.

Central platform

Reavic application

Current values, trends, alarms, reports and traceable follow-up.

Route 1

Reavic Gateway

Connects local, wireless and wired sensors.

Route 2

Reavic Middleware

Connects equipment, software, LIS, ERP and building management systems.

Route 3

Reavic Substations

Collect and buffer data within larger installations.

SensorsVia Reavic Gateway

Wireless measurement points

Milesight, Laird, SenseCAP, Dragino, JRI LoRa SPY, Watteco and comparable brands.

EquipmentVia Reavic Middleware

Laboratory hardware

Refrigerators, freezers, incubators, cryogenic storage and other critical equipment.

Building managementVia Reavic Middleware

Existing installations

Including Honeywell, Schneider Electric, Hager, Siemens, Johnson Controls and Priva.

SoftwareVia Reavic Middleware

LIS, ERP and APIs

Existing business software and data flows are made centrally accessible through connectors.

Other sourcesVia Middleware or Substation

Hardware and systems

Xiltrix, Lighthouse and other sensors or monitoring systems can be integrated.

The appropriate route for each source.

Gateway, Middleware and Substations allow suitable existing hardware to remain in use while new locations and measurement points are added in a controlled way.

Continuity built in

Your data remains available even during a network outage.

Connection active

Measurements are sent directly to the central Reavic Platform.

Temporary network outage

New data is safely buffered in the local environment.

Connection restored

Missing data is automatically and reliably synchronized.

Practical example50 minutes without internet. No measurement lost.

During maintenance, a laboratory loses its internet connection for 50 minutes. Refrigerators, freezers and rooms continue to be monitored. The Reavic Gateway or local substation stores every measurement with the correct timestamp. When the connection returns, Reavic automatically synchronises the missing data. The dashboard, reports and audit trail remain complete.

Up to two weeks of local data buffering.Measurement data remains safely available even during a prolonged connection outage.

For daily operations

From insight to controlled follow-up.

Live overview

Current values, statuses and deviations are available on desktop, tablet and mobile.

Targeted alarms

The right people receive notifications by email, SMS or voice call, and follow-up is recorded.

History and audits

Measurements, events and actions remain available for analysis, reporting and accountability.

Secure management

Permissions, access, updates and technical continuity are managed centrally.

Coming soon to Reavic

From responding to deviations to looking ahead.

New predictive features analyse developments in measurements and device behaviour. This helps users assess earlier where maintenance or intervention may be needed.

Predictive Maintenance

Plan maintenance based on behaviour.

Deviating patterns can indicate wear, reduced performance or an approaching failure. Reavic helps reveal these signals earlier.

Predictive Alarming

Warn before a critical limit is reached.

The development towards a limit is assessed as well as the limit itself, creating more time for controlled follow-up.
